Exchanges & returns

If you are not satisfied with your order or the size you ordered, we will be happy to exchange it for a more suitable size. 

However, we require that the original packaging is still present and that the product is in new condition. 

We will be happy to provide you with shipping labels for your return. 

The return costs are always borne by the customer. 

However, we expressly exclude hygiene articles from returns. 

We will refund the purchase price using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
